2023 Mommy and Me Class

The Mommy and Me class is for infants and toddlers to help acclimate them to the water.  It involves basic maneuvers with the swimmer in the water to get them comfortable with being in the water and starting to get their face wet and holding their breath.

Typically it is held for 6 sessions on Tuesday and Thursdays for 1 hour starting at 6:00 p.m. on the dates below:

• July 6th, 11th, 13th, 18th, 25th, and 27th
